i did this with 400yds of strings at a beach and it was all the way around, dived bombed, wrapped around a electrical wire, across the street, over a house, and into someones backyard. I retrieved it and it was all over the string was all over the place. It was the best $5 I have spent in my entire life. :-)

i bought 1000yd of string at walmart and got a cheap $2 kite about 2000ft up before the airport cops came and made me take it down. it was epic!

That's cool. I actually wanna do that but attach a camera to the kite or helium balloons. I'm just afraid of losing it though. But I may try it.
