One more thing I noticed at 2:30 during the interlude, John is a little lost on the guitar part and what's supposed to come next so he plays a little lick and gives a lost smile to his singning bandmate who runs over to the mic to cut the interlude short and start singing the next part of the song.

I'm a long time guitarist in a band so I notice these things and know how things go in live performances, and I love rare raw moments like these when the unexpected happens.

Man, this is the worst thing John Mayer did. I admire him for the blues, but playing Van Halen?! It's never near the excitement and technical skills of King Edward. Eddie lets his guitar come alive when he plays, this looks like so dull. No harmonics, no firing licks during solos, the intro was off a few bars, and the sound of the guitar wasn't powerful enough to sound like Ed.
