the ada increased unemployment for disabled people. i, for one, would not hire a walking (or wheeling) lawsuit also known as a disabled person. nothing against the disabled, but the ada was a bad law. bottom line.

The ADA government cheese. It makes stupid people feel good and wastes all manner of actual resources.

Go to a Home Depot. Look at all the empty parking spaces in front. Go there an hour later. Still empty spaces?

Or maybe there's that college football star who has a doctor who'll write him up as "disabled" while he's throwing sacks of concrete around.

Social workers break the ADA all the time in California....there is paperwork justifying separate programs just for disabled parents!Tell me how a person can thrive when they are being denied essential reproductive rights by the state. Debbie Glass won a $180,000 law suit against CPS and all California did was train the offending social workers. These people have legal authority over people's family----we need to protect the reproductive rights of disabled parents!

America has always been the easiest of all countries in the world to manuver for disabled people. Try traveling to any other country and see for yourself. ADA has gone too far and they are sucking up way too much money that could be spent elsewhere and benifit far more people.

Your ignorance to the proper use of the ADA is astounding. Why even bring up another country when things like this are what makes America so amazing? Yes the ADA like most new laws aren't interpreted properly but like everything else in our system it is intended to endure countless buffers and evolving Interpretation to achieve its intent. A country free for all. Not just those born with bourgeoisie environments.
