the first time i noticed the symbol was when i was high as shit.... just minding my own business watching som good ol' mtv canada and all of a sudden i noticed the fucking symbol and shit myself, i thought i was trippin or sum shit... then i noticed that the symbol had been there for ages.... it literally is hidden in plain sight

The MTV studio in Toronto was once a Masonic Lodge, and then it was sold various times and eventually ended up in the hands of CTV, which is the company that owns MTV Canada. The buidling is designated as a historical site, and so there are still plenty of masonic symbols around the studio. Simply having the symbol there is merely a curiosity, not a subliminal message.

That doesn't mean that it is the result of anything nefarious or indication of some sort of conspiracy. I'm just saying, if you see a masonic symbol on TV it is probably because the people who made the show felt showing it on TV... for whatever reason. As for MTV being run by Freemasons, that is a bunch of hooey.
