It is really easy to do from an animator's standpoint- try it out. All you need to do is copy a few "frames" of a complete scene, then, go make a mess of buttermilk biscuits- they may come in handy by step four. Take copy #2 of scene, and use your eyeballs to scan the picture into ya brain. Inside the brain thought-bay, apply your judgement in dry powered form (the standard measurement is .015 Hawking Units) to the task of selecting approximately 15% the definitive lines for [cont.]

It's improv comedy. They never actually scripted this show. They just got the general idea of the scene and kinda freestyled it. It takes some getting used to, but it's fun once you get into it.
