wow, all these questions over how saddler got Ada. When a persons head suffers trauma from an impact, the brain gets tossed around inside the skull and ruptures. The fluid from the brain fills the empty space around the brain. Not to metion it looked like she hit the ground pretty hard, probably fracturing or cracking her skull. She probably died from cerebral hemmoraging.
