I'm sorry pidza, this is not the salvation you hope for. Nor will the "first contact" be a real event. Look up project blue book. NASA recently sent up a satellite with over a TRILLION with a "T" dollars worth of equipment on it. I'd also refer you to Virgin Records' hologram of it's company president to see what the public sector is capable of. A simple search for "Virgin Records, hologram" should pull it up. A physicist working black proj. said tech is 10k years beyond public sector tech.

Perhaps this is on purpose. Our religious and theosophical monks and mystics of the past have all placed heaven to be in the 5th dimension.
Perhaps heaven is just a galactic community that follows the natural law of love. And our idea of heaven is a fairy tale.
