Very nice cover. The tempo problem comes from the canned orchestration. The secret to covering this song is a "floating" tempo. I would love to hear a version without the canned background music.

I like this cover better than Waits' original-the voice is perfect for the song. I have Rod Stewart's cover, which is OK, but this is better. I just can't appreciate Waits' voice.
