XD I think you are a ok singer...might be a bad song for you to be honest. Plus need to hit the notes better, this coming from a singer so not trying to be completely rude. A song with a lower pitch might suit your voice better. It's a decent attempt at rewording the song but more rhyming would be good otherwise it does not run smoothly like it should.

Best example...Avril Lavigne sung Kesha's "Tic Tok" and I prefer hers to the original. She made it her own way, which is what I believe you should do. Hah.. Sorry good idea but it actually hurt my ears. You shouldn't try to go higher than your voice allows. If something feels uncomfortable to do when you're singing, then it probably wont sound right either. And it can actually damage your vocal cords
