  • CIA's human intelligence skill completely deteriorated in the 90's. Nowadays, they get killed or discovered in packs.

They've become so pathetic that the Italians discovered them! It wasn't KGB or Lebanon or Hizballah - they were in ITALY ffs. It's a place for f*cking tourists. You'd think they'd be able to keep their cover there.

  • @ Pvtjamesryan2

    The Italian verdict means nothing?

They just need to stay out of Italy?

I assume you don't know the existence of Europol and Interpol that can enforce any international arrest warrant in the Countries they operate in...which means that if they go to Europe, and not necessarily to Italy, they can be arrested!

So nothing is plain and simple...

  • May they rot in prison.

  • "Italian Court Convicts CIA Agents On Kidnapping Charges! 22 Americans Sentenced To 5 Years In Jail!"

FUCKING YES! There in Italy, they know how to find guilty motherfuckers guilty! Unlike this corrupt country, The disUnited States of Amerikkka.

  • Yes but none of them will see a day in jail. They just won't go to Italy and if they do it will more than likely be under a false identity.

  • "I was just following orders" is not a defense in torture cases.

  • @Pvtjamesryan2: The same could be applied to Nazi soldiers. The argument doesn't work because a person not mentally ill always has the choice to go against their orders if they disagree. I agree, choosing to act against (or not act all) can have dire consequences, but there is still a choice.

  • That's right, but it's not even the point. This happened on Italian soil. I could imagine them using this defense in a US court against the gov't, but in a foreign country? It would be ridiculous.

  • DoctorReason

You're the only one with a sane reply.

I agree with what you say.

  • LOL. You think Italian courts give a f*ck WHY they did what they did on Italian soil? They're convicted criminals and they should pay for what they did.

  • Pvtjamesryan2, Bullshit. You deprive an individual of liberty and due process, you should be held responsible.

  • South America is that way, Nazi.

  • Loud mouth and absolutely no knowledge.

    An typical American idiot.

Have you ever heard of something called the law.

If you brake the law, no matter who order you to do so, you are a criminal.

  • @Pvtjamesryan2

"CIA was ordered to do what they did. They should NOT be held responsible for what their leaders instruct them to do."

"I was just following orders" didn't fly at the Nuremberg Trials when the U.S. was on the other end of the bench meting out justice, why the fuck should that be a defense today when the U.S. is the war criminal? You know, Pvtjamesryan2, you ought to be stripped of your one stripe and locked away with your CIA buddies that you so defend.

  • JixMa

You're missing the basic facts. Soldiers are being persecuted for what their commanding officers ordered them to do. The soldiers are prosecuted, while the ones in charge receive none of the punishment.

I'm talking about the lunatics in the White House. Many of which still work for the Obama Administration. They should be in prison. Instead, they continue to do what they do and no one says anything.

  • @Pvtjmsryn2

Okay, first off, since when R CIA officers "soldiers"? They're civilians. CIA is not a military outfit. 2nd, the CIA is *supposed* to be an intelligence gathering outfit. Why the fuck & where do they get off conducting pro-active operations as they do & have done for years to destabilize govts, conduct coups, assassinate heads of state, & now add kidnapping & torture to their repertoire? 3rd, fine, hold the leaders who ordered what these assholes did as well & B even harsher w/them.

  • The CIA is SUPPOSED held accountable by Congress.

Remember how Nancy Pelosi lied about the briefing on water-boarding?

Congress should be put on trial. They allowed these interrogations to take place.

  • @Pvtjamesryan2

"The CIA is SUPPOSED held accountable by Congress."

Yes, if the CIA did something illegal on U.S. soil, Congress and the courts of the U.S. would hold the CIA accountable. But do you understand that the CIA broke laws on foreign soil and so that country is holding them accountable? Do you get that at all? The U.S. is not the final arbiter of everything that happens in the world and can flaunt other countries' laws with impunity. Don't you understand this basic concept?

  • The Italian verdict means nothing.

Do you understand this basic concept. It's as useless as if China convicted you of a homicide.

They just need to stay out of Italy. Plain and simple.

It proves you understand nothing of international law, treaties and the community of nations. Italy and other countries have relations with the USA. They agree to abide by certain rules. If the USA decides to break these rules, then it will be barred from doing future business with them. It will become isolated from the world community if other countries see that USA doesn't want to play ball with them.

It may B the big bad bully on the block right now, but this will change & then what? It'll B all alone, ostracized & hated by the rest of the world for its arrogance. This is Y nations cooperate & agree to play by certain rules. They're known as civilized societies. Those that break international laws R known as rogue states. Is this what U want the USA to B, a rogue state amongst the civilized societies? Pretty fucking ironic that the bastion of freedom doesn't play by the rules.

"If the USA decides to break these rules, then it will be barred from doing future business with them."

Business? What business? Everything we buy is from China, not Italy.

Research before posting. You sound like whacko

"Business? What business? Everything we buy is from China, not Italy. Research before posting. You sound like whacko"

Oh, really? Everything? Yeah right. Just look at all the cold cuts, cheeses, wines, balsamic vinegars, chocolates, high fashion clothing, premium leather shoes, high-tech machine tools, precision tools, eyeglass frames, pharmaceuticals, motorcycles, sports cars and many more that I can't think of now, that come from China, not Italy. Huh, bub?

  • [2]Pvtjamesryan2

Yeah, the USA trades a lot with China, but what's it importing? CRAP, SHIT and POISONOUS products! Walmart-grade shit that has become the norm for Americans. Consumers have been bought off with cheap prices & equally cheap quality over more expensive, quality-made products that were once made domestically or in other countries. You're a fool & need to educate yourself a bit more on things.

  • [3]Pvtjamesryan2

You think you know a lot about America & I assume youre a big flag-waving proud American, right? I get that from your username. But check out what this country, the USA, does and allows others to do behind your back & all the rest of our backs & strangely considers itself the cowboy wearing the white hat in the world.
