This commercial actually was in fact aired in the Netherlands for a couple of years, but like most things, most Dutch people actually don't care wether a commercial features a black man or not and or not as quickly offended like, for instance Americans, which could explain why it was banned there.

Personally I wonder why there is even the slightest doubt whether or not this commercial should have been banned. It promotes no specific racial ideas, nor does it show anything horrific...
