I don't think there is a chance that even Ilayaraja will believe that MSV aped him in this song! The interludes clearly bears MSV's signature, tune just refer mohan6660's comment. Offhand comments may not mean an appreciation to Raja!!

the lyricist is Vaalee not kannadasan ! in this film valee penned another pudukavithai which resembles vairamuthu style!!

MSV had changed his style a bit like Ilayarajah at this movie. Thats why somebody treat this as IR tune. As well as, Deva, Chandraboss, Shangar Ganesh and contemporary musicians' composing mis treated as Rajah's. Even T Rajendar's too. So Rajah is Rajah .......................with cooperation of singers and his orchestra.

Saritha would have lived as a " schizophrenia" patient in this film. The expressions she does in this film all typical of a schizophrenia affected patient. Those days schizophrenia was a poorly understood disease even among Indian doctors leave alone general public. KB, had touched a unusual subject and presented it in his best form. Music by M.S. Viswanathan. Year 1982. I saw this film with my father in Anand theatre in Madras. I think 6.30pm show.
