  • And the guy just keeps getting better with age. You should hear them now! Can't wait for their new album to be released...full of awesome love songs. I understand Brian did some superb new arrangements and that we're finally going to get some violins such as was done back in "Love Lost".

  • I love this song . . . and the way that Bob Ferreira sings it makes me melt!

  • You are so right about Bob. He's the best I've ever heard. I told him at a concert once that he needed to do an entire album but he said no and that he was part of a group. What a shame. I just listen to this and other tunes he has done solo.

  • Beautifully sung by a young man who is part of a musical treasure : The 4 Freshmen. What a voice! Wolfsky9

  • Exquisite--simply gorgeous. Gives me chills every time. Wolfsky9

  • OMG, what a voice--this is my 10th time listening to this since last night, & I love it more each time I listen. Beautifullly done. Wolfsky9

  • I know! We are personal friends of Bob Ferreira for more than 15 years. I pleaded with him to release a solo album but he continues to decline, stating that he's a "team player" and as such will always be a member of a group. Too bad!

  • What a voice this man is blessed with! This is just beautiful. Hands-Down, THE Best 4 Freshmen ever, & what talented individuals they are. I really hope he records a solo album. Wolfsky9

  • I totally agree! I've been exceptionally lucky because I've known all 23 Freshmen since the very beginning in 1948. Even attended the same conservatory of music when they went there. Even original member Bob Flanigan says these guys (Group 22) are the best Four Freshmen ever. Can't wait to see them at the upcoming Four Freshmen Society Convention in August in Atlanta. You should try to go if you can.

  • Fascinating. I am a lifetime Freshman fan, and I am so pleased to see these young guys doing so beautifully. They are just great. I saw the FF when I was a freshman myself...at NC State in Raleigh, about 50 years ago. Thanks for posting this.

  • Bob Ferreira (IMO) has the best voice of any solo singer in the US. I like him as much or better than Sinatra, Buble, and even Matt Munro.

  • fantastic voice so smooth and a pleasure to listen too.

  • You are SOOOOO right! To me, at least, I think he is the greatest solo voice in the history of the Four Freshmen. Not only that, but he's a terrific guy and a good friend! I keep hoping he'll put out a whole album.

  • Bob sings great. I've seen in the group

since '93 at the Pasadena Hilton. (Ca.)

Great voice, great drummer and presence

adding so much to the latest fabulous

    Four Freshmen.

  • Your welcome Stew. Not only is this song one of my all-time favorites, but Bob Ferreira (to me, at least) has the BEST solo singing voice I've heard since Frank Sintra.

  • Ray, Thanks for posting one of my favorite FF songs. Stew
