MAC axle back mufflers with Catted H pipe mustang gt

Sounds great. How was installing the H pipe? I have the MAC axlebacks, and I want the catted H pipe now after seeing this.

@green97probe All the mid pipes H, X and prochamber are super easy. just hit the manifold to mid pipe studs with some PBplaster, if you snap the stud.... just dont and dont ask me how i know haha.

Thanks. I found out about broken bolts while removing the stock axlebacks when one of the hanger bolts snapped. For the sound of the MAC axlebacks, that's a small price to pay.

I love this sound! It reminds me of the awesome sounding 5.0's from the 80's and 90's! That is my favorite sound from a V8 =D

@wolf1010 it really wasnt bad, people hyped the macs up too much because to me atleast. Old cats where getting stangs to relive there past times, but lost the taste for loud and deep exhaust. Its a mustang there known to be herd blocks away, theres always gonna be trade offs. They were the best sounding set ive had on the car, but went i went O/R X with pypes MM system was just pure win. you can hear that set up on my dyno video

@flyaway465 i would have to say about the same. a highflow catted h pipe is generally going to be the same... no matter what brand. so, i am assuming here, i think it would be about the same.
