Obama's apology tour didn't work, while it made some world lkeaders happy to see a weak incompetent in the WH abdicate America's role as the world leader, it did nothing to address the Islamic jihad being waged against us. The Islamists didn't accept Obama's apology for American exceptionalism, or Western superiority.
