If u r confused about the whole name thing, then its because the translators changed names and locations around for supposedly "better" localization (yeah right). They thought people wouldn't play a game if its characters and setting is in JAPAN. Originally clock tower 2 was called something along the lines of Ghost Head and Bates was originally named Sho, I forgot the girls original name, and the setting I think was Osaka, not California. Any mention of Japanese culture were cut out. Damn 4kids
