He warned against minorities becoming dependent on welfare and gauranteed income, saying that it would have an even worse result. Bill Cosby cites the results of welfare. No education or job traing, just a check to shut you up. Why do you think teen pregnancy is an epidemic? More money. Addicts receiving checks. This isn't good. MLK warned us.
