You - hello,, you have the gyro centrifugal positioned the wrong way! In order to achieve the angular momentum results that you desire you must change the configuration of the centrifuges in a way that does not hinder the rotational velocity direction of the disc/platform rotating that the gyros are riding in. Ok for the RE-RE's who cannot see the value in this. Besides the fact that it takes electrcity to run. A spinning disc when spun fast enough and with a slight body modification can and will levitate on it's own. If you attach a series of gears and a alternator/generator to something of this nature it begins to generate electrcity. Just one ssmall way to utilize something like this.

Pawlicki uses pure gyroscopic rotation to drive his saucer, which is nice.

"Circular to Linear motion" gyros require more design work, but have a greater lift.

Although I was skeptical at first....after watching this video a second time......I am even more skepticle LOL!! mainly because If you watch closely from the begining..the thing wobbles pretty violently...such a thing can affect sensative scales such as this....To prove this otherwise you would need to balance it more...or if the theory used needs asymetry in spin then hang it from a see saw lever device wich is perfectly balenced on the other side....if there is weight gain or loss it will move
