The 454 blew its main air resorvoir, train behind tried to rescue shove it to LA but due to the damage to the air lines the combined train couldn't get enough air pressure in the brake line to move safely, so the passengers were transferred to the train behind, the dead train was then spotted at the platform and left until mechanics could patch the resovoir and a locomotive was brought in to tow the train to LA, which happened around 3 AM.

Hi jaanfo thanks man, we were curious why this amtrak was dead, one of the NCTD guys did say the did rescue this train at 3AM
