KZ's aren't the fruit of atheism, so I would appreciate if you educate yourself a little more. For every one person killed in self-defence by Catholics over 2 millennia, there were 50 murdered by our ancestors in those brief decades in the 20th century ( I'm Saarland ancestry). National Socialism was our big chance to test atheism as a theory. Freedom from religion and a new dawn of rationalism at Wannsee was the original Blesphemy Challenge and look how things turned out.
But the Nazis were religious. God appears on nearly every page of Mein Kampf. Even if you argue that Hitler was secretly an atheist (and I think he probably was) the Nazi movement itself and the members that belonged to it were Christian.

Their aim was to supplant Jesus Christ with a purely national and secular civil Weltanschauung based on an amalgam of politics, Indo-Aryan metaphysics, literature, and social Darwinism. You're wrong. The Nazis didn't invent anti-semitism, they called up pre existent Christian hatred of jews, inspired by the greatest german theologian ever, Martin Luther.
