I have been watching Obama. I think you are referring to the confidence and smooth talking that Obama has. I am ticked at McCane about his lack of aggression. There were many moments where McCain could have tore Obama up but just sat there. As for policies, each candidate has different policies that are better than the other. I have seen nothing from Obama that would make me feel SAFE if he were president. He is TOO far left to be president. He has (not) said and (not) done things as evidence.

--Well, the really big, glaring difference between McCain's story and Kerry's story is that McCain's is documented and has corroborating witnesses. There's even film footage of him held by the NVA.
The precise complaint about McCain is he won't release his official POW records, nor would he go after his interrogators later for war crimes. It's all his own closed story. There is proof he was there but that's about all he wants known. Even a couple of his medals were given without required witnesses due to a POW exemption.

To answer your question, solitary confinement is not torture. It is the standard treatment, then and today for the interrogation of enemy combatants. So are stress positions, refusal of medical attention, and basically anything else that doesn't result in organ failure. What's your problem with that?

i was in the military and that seems weird to me that he kept crashing and there was no formal investigation. Usually they would pull you from your duty and stick you in an office job until the investigation was close and you wear clear.

You can't be against abortion and for adultery. You are either against both or you are just using God's word as a political tool.
McCain never admitted to adultry but if he did as a Christian I forgive this one transgression. Obama has voted for abortion many times and helped to slaughter over 50,000,000 babies. This is not forgivable.
In 2000 McCain supported changing the party platform to include exceptions for rape, incest, and woman's life - is this forgiveable, since it is in fact supporting abortion under certain circumstances?

The precise complaint about McCain is he won't release his official POW records, nor would he go after his interrogators later for war crimes. It's all his own closed story. There is proof he was there but that's about all he wants known. Even a couple of his medals were given without required witnesses due to a POW exemption.
The films range from as little as 32 propaganda films to as much as 50 hours of raw footage made without his knowledge. Why not verify what he did or didn't say?

You do realize that the US military court marshaled some POW's who gave up information right? There were two in particular who were both punished by the military and crucified by the press because they broke under torture. I'll get the reference if you want it.

I think you misunderstood me. I was asking if it was relevant to the US if a POW under enhanced interrogation gave information that got other US soldiers killed verses another POW who gave less important info.

To answer your question, solitary confinement is not torture. It is the standard treatment, then and today for the interrogation of enemy combatants. So are stress positions, refusal of medical attention, and basically anything else that doesn't result in organ failure. What's your problem with that?
If you are referring to his "refusal" to leave when it was offered he stayed because he was ordered to by his POW commander. There was a "first in first out" code at the camp.

i was in the military and that seems weird to me that he kept crashing and there was no formal investigation. Usually they would pull you from your duty and stick you in an office job until the investigation was close and you wear clear.

For what it's worth, most of the info in this add isn't hearsay. I would say 95% of it is in the public record. The rest is more controversial but it is information that has been put out by a veteran's group that believes he is using his heroic standing against other Veterans so they are challenging it.

There is no proof that McCain committed adultery right around the same time Obama admits to doing drugs. There is proof that Obama voted for live term abortion and that he lets his own brother live in a mud hut though. As a Christian I don't put in any stock in wild rumers but even if you are right it certainly is the lesser of two evils. I mean a millionaire, baby killer druggy who lets his brother live in a mud hut is far worse then a man who fell in love with another women and married her.

McCain admitted to committing adultery. McCain is remarried which Jesus describes as adultery. Both of these things are proven unless you think McCain is a liar or unless you think his new wife doesn't exist.
