@diegodonjuan What about androgen insensitivity syndrome?? People with a Y chromosome can have a genetic mutation where male hormones have no effect on their system. Then they look totally female (body & genitalia), are raised as female, and identify as female. Many of them only find out that they are XY when they seek treatment for infertility.
