Im a big beck fan and all, but i cant possibly see anything good about this. He is one of the best in ALT music IMO but he has made some real flops as well. Just because its beck does not mean its good :/ its 50 seconds of thee notes and five words. ANYONE could have done that.
You need to remember that tracks like this one were just sort of fun little jokes done for filler between real songs on his old albums, especially the ones he made when he was really young. A Western Harvest Field By Moonlight is full of 'em, and on the vinyl it's even designed to loop this annoying clash of noises endlessly at the end of the record. Don't take stuff like I Feel Low Down or Captain Brain seriously. They're just there for fun and the weird factor.
