does anyone know how to download creatures onto your game? Cuz I made some but they don't show up on the creature creator. They do show up on the website though.

on the website, hit download, and the png file is downloaded. Then just drag that file into your game and it downloads it for you.

Though if you put feet on him and then swap the feet out for graspers the game will glitch and it will float..but you have to trick it into doing that...

It wouldn't act like a slug or float, it would kind of wiggle around a little bit, or jump around, but there are certain parts you NEED to have on your creature, such as a mouth, or else you won't be able to save it, because it would be unable to eat.

Download an old Microsoft Game Studios game that's called Impossible Creatures. It's a very good RTS(Real Time Strategy) game, you can combine 2 creatures and choose woch body parts will be to that combined creature. There is over 50 creatures, and the computer gives them automaticly a name(Comodo Dragon+Skunk=COMODO DRUNK). This game is sooo old, but there are some dudes that are watching and adding new videos of Impossible Creatures. It's like the best game ever SPORE!!!

well, i gues it would be possible to hash, or pre-calculate all possible movements for a creature in advance, however... nothing we have seen so far say this must be the case, infact... the first movie showd "dynamic-verbs", witch hint that movements is done in realtime, rather than pre-calculated.

If you want to play this game with no problems you're going to need a new gaming specific computer. I expect the requirements will be close to what a top end computer is now. Usually most graphic and processor intentive games such as this are made such that recommended requirements are the high end specs from 6 months or so before release.

people always confuse graphical advanced game with technicaly advanced games, this game might have a huge universe, milions of planets and several milion creatures, but that don't mean it takes any more computer resorces than any other game, only a fraction is loaded at any given time, and i belive it take more cpu than gpu

Even then, CPU power will most likely only affect performance in the editor (during calculation of all the possible moves etc.)

Kumagoro: sorry, but that is not logical, you do anderstand that the same algoritms (prodecual animation) is done for all living creatures around you when you play the game, nothing is pre-calculated in editor for later use, as far as i know, the movements is done and calculated in realtime. there for.. cpu can only be used more during game play, than in editor. and lets not forget that you are doing tons of simulations around you in the game world.

i like this alot more then the one from 07 but i think thr first demo at 05 was the best i hate how theres no more blood or water faze and the stuff you do at the cell stage dosent affect the game at all and the water faze is gone to i like how there wasnt a health bar or anything i loved that it made it more real life like, but now the game is rated e and littel kids are going to pick it up and make a retarted creature. i just whis it would take away the goggely eyes and stuff
