I think alot of big problem today is that alot of people are looking for quick easy fixes for weight loss. The problem is there is no such thing, and all of those quick easy ways are just gimmicks. The only way to do it is a change in lifestyle and diet. I've lost about 34 kilos in the past 12 months. And it wasn't easy. In fact the first 3 months was incredibly hard. But you get used to it. I don't call what I'm doing a 'diet'. Its changing how I eat and doing alot more exercise, the right way!
@Tizdizwiz Same here. I gained 10 kgs over the last year that now I want to remove, and I want to gain muscle instead. And to do so I religiously go to the gym 5 times a week, and my diet has also changed drastically...now I mostly eat salad (HOMEMADE) and proteins from various sources, with a bit of carbohydrates (rice and oat) for breakfast and dinner. And that while working my ass out in the gym.
When I heard that demoralized woman I was just astonished..stop complaining and put into action!
