I am another victim of Sgt. John Laws. Dr. English-Lueck, Sgt. John Laws, Dr. Sivertsen and another police officer claimed me as "suicide possibility" and sent to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center on October 16th, 2006. I denied to be suicidal but the police said "because Law says we believe..." You can hear the voice recording at my videos.
In the mental hospital, I was automatically diagnosed as "danger to self" and "danger to others." SJSU UPD might told a lie at the admission...
