2 are right on the water, we've stayed many times at both:The Malibu Beach Inn and Casa Malibu, both bought by billionaires awhile back (David Geffen bought MBI, owner of Oracle bought Casa Malibu). Hard part is I don't know which one to recommend to you, each USED to be fabulous but not anymore. My advice: avoid the management at both because both are run by total a**holes. The view of the ocean/sounds of the crashing waves right below you (from any ocean front room at either) is to die for.
