lots of people are fucking horrible drivers. many of my friends are and people in general I see just plain suck ass at driving with anylevel of skill or confidence.

my state has some bullshit laws about "reckless driving" and apperantly doing slow spins in a truck in an EMPTY parking lot is reckless. that said, BE SAFE on the roads.

yes, I agree that driving slowly can also be dangerous but, driving faster prevents you from dealing with the unexpected like a child coming from out of nowhere especially when they ride bikes. if your mind isn't on driving or talking on a cellphone or anything that delays your concentration with speed is a bad mixture. this can only be disastrous

i always do 5-10mph UNDER the speed limit, that way i don't get hurt, and i have yet to get a speeding ticket, i get alot of honking though.
