This was forced upon him, so of course he wouldn't have added it. He's lucky they gave him the option. He's not being a baby either. John has had a lot of disputes and arguments with people who ran the network, so deleting certain things that he didn't like, probably made him more comfortable, and less aggravated.

The network told him to do very stupid things, and he would disagree, but many people believe that he was being overly aggressive, which wasn't the case at all.

Yes actually. If I remember, John said one of two things that I can't remember being the right one, that he was trying to make fun of doug, or the executives wanted him to make a reference to Doug. The original was supposed to be George Liquor, which they didn't let him do.

Actually, this wasn't cut because of censorship. John K. just didn't like it.

The network suggested it to him, so it was probably the, "I Didn't Think Of It, So I Don't Like It" syndrome. It had to be. It's at least as funny as big, hairy, naked, sweaty manly-men who smoke cigarettes in one gasp and have to shave at least twice a day, which is apparently the only thing Kricfalusi thinks is funny anymore.

I believe so. He's even voiced by Billy West, just like Doug was (the Nick version). It would've been more obvious if West used his Doug voice instead of the falsetto voice he used for the fairy.
