This is more "What the Bleep" pseudo mystical superstition.

There really is a field of epigenetics, but it has to do with egg cells and mitochondrial DNA and other purely physical processes.

It is also true that the environment influences what genes are expresses in the organism. Also, by exercise, meditation and diet we can change which of our genes is expressed.

But to say that we can change our DNA just by thinking about it is magical, superstitious and wrong thinking.
