Dude you can get a brand new carb for those things off ebay for around 30 bucks U.S. we got a honda 200s and bought one for it, now it runs like a champ...but i let some dumbass ride it at my uncles house and he broke the rope so now i gotta fix that shit, thx for the vid...i was gonna take it to the local bike repair guy, now ill buy some beer instead and do it myself lol

i road mine yesterday after 10 years of not riding it,was running great but the pull start locked now i need to get throw out springs ..I was looking around my garage thin but hard metal wire to bend to make springs but couldnt find anything.
do you know that there is a simpler way to wind up, each rewind has a slot for the rope to sit in. you put it all together, the rope fed in and tied off, that little bit of space for the rope to slip and have enough rope to wind up the spring the 6 times and then just pull the rewind till the rope goes back down the space and you set.. that was shown to me from a old honda mechanic.
lol you made a second noob mistake, you could of just cut the rope at the handle and put the line through that way, instead of cutting that double knot
