Yes it is easy to make.

For extra stong flavor you can use espresso coffee and or if you like some caramel (burned suker,with cream or milk)

I find when i make a giant pitcher of coffee at night, leave it out and come back in the AM (really isn't more than 8-9) hrs and the coffee is fine as long as you didn't put milk and sugar in it which goes bad quicker.

true there are oils in coffee that disipate and you can tell me it's not as good, but in the morning on a weekday.. coffee is strictly business
