This dude has much too much talent to just be performing on the street...Especially when there's bands like the Jonas Brothers that make it big on what little instrumentation skill they have. This guy isn't a bum... He's too well adjusted and talented to be a bum. If he was a San Francisco bum he would have screwed it up some how or he would have stoped a few minutes into your recording to yell at you about how you need to tip him before you start video taping him... My guess is that he is simply a musician who can't get enough of it!

As far as I can tell so far is that it is standard G tuning, verse goes G, B, C, (then either C7 or Cm works). The B chord is just filled in with some quarter notes from the same chord and just throw a couple of hammer ons, pull-offs with the rest of the chords to make it sound like a proper chicken chaser of a tune. Not sure about the little bridge after the first chorus, cant really see what he did there, let me know if you figure that out :D
