Actually he was trying to be in SYNC and when the lyrics during 3:10th minute needs to have a high pitch which cudn't meet his expectations. Its not the tech guy's mistake. He wants more perfection to satisfy the audience :). In 4:10 and 4:17 he could be able to sync but when some notes hits high, its tough to manage while dancing :) But we all love u michael. Its obviously the king is lip syncing he has to, the king cant hit those high notes like that at 40 which is why he's lip syncing the begining. At 3:10 he tells the tech to turns the mic on so he can sing with the his own chorus to warm up his voice for later on for when he sings harder and gets more into it (obviously the tech didnt see his q). At 4:20 the king q's the tech to turn off his recorded voice so he can sing himself ( notice as he sings harder and with feeling when the mics on)
