"Rock Show" by Blink-182? Third Eye Blind's "Jumper" or "Semi-Charmed Kind of Life" - those are the only songs I know by them. Sum 41's "Fat Lip?". Try Lit's "My Own Worst Enemy" if those aren't them, that song is pretty easy to forget.

Also, Puddle of Mudd's "She Hates Me," which is basically the same as The Offspring's "Why Don't You Get a Job." It could be a Green Day song - "Warning" or "Minority." Harvey Danger's "Flagpole Sitta."
