GTA 4 is a realistic game with a realistic story, Saints Row 2 is much more of a "tries to hard to be cool but has a lot of random fun shit to do" type of game. I have both, and even though I've beat GTA 4 thrice I still find wandering the streets of liberty more fun that SR2. But some people prefer quantity over quality...that's what's wrong with them

I looked at this in HD and it looks like Niko is hanging for his life, but clearly this is in the city and there isn't any mission that involves Niko in this kind of situation. The only thing close to it is when he has to kill Ivan in "Ivan the not so terrible" but even then that doesn't put niko hanging from the building.
