I don't think so; the women took a taxi into town to go shopping and for some reason the captain decided to stay and wait for them. They were not on any royal caribbean sponsored excursions.

It is the responsibility of the passengers to be back in time before the ship sails...it is not the responsibility of the cruiseline. Althought the Capt. did good by waiting...that was his choice!!
