NO!!! APC just bought out the company, NetBotz (based in Texas) have been in business for years before APC even touched it. Sorry for sounding so offensive, just thought i'd share.
I have done a ton of research and APC's netbotz are fantastic. The offer an overall solution and security that is unparalleled!
