Me and a guy i never met before started the same day in a martial arts class. We trained and he got into it more then anyone who was there. He trained extremely hard, and because he did, I trained more than I ever would without him being there.

@AmanJohnK Don't get me wrong. I did find the video inspirational and I totally saw some insecurities that I've had in the past that still sort of linger. The difficulty I'm having is probably because of your channel's name isn't some character's name (example: theamazingathiest) and/or you aren't wearing some sort of costume that indicates that it isn't you. This channel's goal/theme hasn't been as clear as it can be, so of course I'm going to assume that you are being you.

Tyler is everything the narrator (Edward Norton) has ever wanted to be and yet he has this love/hate relationship with him. When he realizes it's really just his alter-ego, Brad Pitt isn't in front of the cameras anymore. It's just Edward Norton. The jacket isn't enough of a costume. I liked this video until the moment you said we're all children of god. If he exists we are his children, but that is a positive claim that needs to be backed up. This is why your video fails. Since it needs god to be a motivator. Why can't we be our best for others or for ourself? Isn't it that stronger protects the weaker? Like we take care of our infants since they are too weak to take care of themself. So if you trully are strong, you should use your abilities in their fulliest for others.

Sorry, but is this meant to be inspirational or thinly veiled narcissism? I don't mean to be rude, but you could have easily done this video without having to refer to your future self and reminisce about your past.
Don't get me wrong. I'm a subscriber and I somewhat agree with most of you've got to say on almost all your videos but what is this supposed to be really, man? Didn't you think about how insecure this video makes you look? Sorry if this is too direct of a question...

@radicalgarbage02 that's the whole point...I can't get over how people don't realize that these videos are not ME ...I do things beyond my personality to make a point....I use myself as an example...it shows that no matter what you achieve, you will be insecure unless there is something more in your life....yes...I'm making all my insecurities public for the world to see b/c I believe it might help someone out....(see comments)

@AmanJohnK Don't get me wrong. I did find the video inspirational and I totally saw some insecurities that I've had in the past that still sort of linger. The difficulty I'm having is probably because of your channel's name isn't some character's name (example: theamazingathiest) and/or you aren't wearing some sort of costume that indicates that it isn't you. This channel's goal/theme hasn't been as clear as it can be, so of course I'm going to assume that you are being you.

Tyler is everything the narrator (Edward Norton) has ever wanted to be and yet he has this love/hate relationship with him. When he realizes it's really just his alter-ego, Brad Pitt isn't in front of the cameras anymore. It's just Edward Norton. The jacket isn't enough of a costume. Brad Pitt... now that's a costume that really drives the message home!

Making As is extremely hard for me. It shouldn't be. I'm smart. Really smart. I'm always afraid to sit down and do my work. I'm even afraid to sit down and edit my youtube videos that all these people have been telling me they love so much and I LOVE making. I constantly have ideas for projects at school and I'm too afraid to sit down and take them to completion. I totally know what you mean, man.

@90sbaby92 no, it's just that I trust my subscribers to see the message and not judge me....the very thought of sharing these videos with anyone I actually know is purely humiliating - a lot of us vloggers feel this way....and it's because these videos don't portray us as people...ESPECIALLY my videos....they portray my ideas.....ideas that I hope inspire....Ideas that I don't want people that know me to know, but Ideas I want to get out....I take on traits beyond my personality to reach others.

@Abu7929 I remember you said something suggesting I do more videos like this basically, and I replied that "what I do is have balls, I'm not afraid to upload a serious video talking about blah blah, or a funny video" - that's what inspired me to say something I normally wouldn't say "I have balls" I hate that idea, and that language....but sometimes I have to make myself uncomfortable to make a point and get the message across! thanks for the inspiration

@justgabe100 thats great... I too have been studying string theory and following the developments of quantum mechanics... I too have read the woks of Brian Greene and yea, Stephen Hawking, but that doesn't mean I know what I'm talking about....and it doesn't undermine the idea I put forth that humans are trapped within the dimension of time....I'm not trying to say "ha, you're dumb" I'm trying to avoid a troll fest on my video and have a sincere conversation if that's what you were looking for.

@justgabe100 look , as a human you are trapped within the dimension of time, you can't even comprehend what came before the beginning because that's illogical for something to come before the start.....therefore you cannot understand how the universe could have 1) always have existed or 2) been created b/c even science is trapped within this dimension....there is a fundamentally inability for humans to comprehend outside of the 4th dimension...don't comment, take some time and think about it.

@wildboyz322 I have two of his books that I will probably read some time in February....I like Tony Robbins, but he stole my idea...I had this big plan, and I started doing all this research....but then I discovered him and he had done what I was planning to do! I STILL remember that day lol.....I guess now I can only build upon what people like that have done!

I liked this video until the moment you said we're all children of god. If he exists we are his children, but that is a positive claim that needs to be backed up. This is why your video fails. Since it needs god to be a motivator. Why can't we be our best for others or for ourself? Isn't it that stronger protects the weaker? Like we take care of our infants since they are too weak to take care of themself. So if you trully are strong, you should use your abilities in their fulliest for others.

I don't think we are children of God, I think we are a creation of the creator.....look, I can school 99% of people in a religious debate....believes of any faith, or atheist. I don't use God as a motivator, but this poem captures a great point...this is a huge flaw in so many people....not believing truth b/c they are uncomfortable with the source....

I don't really consider myself any religion, or a child of God....more a creation of the creator...which logically has to exist even without proof....if the qualifications to be an atheist were to simply not believe in the corrupted fatherly image of GOd falsely portrayed by contemporary religious doctrine, I'd have been an atheist years ago...btu I'm not an atheist...I can logically deduce that there was a creator simply by us being here
