Judging by the plan that's briefly shown in this video (at 1:23) there is no similarity whatsoever between Thoedore and Canberra. Some commentary from some real Griffin experts (as opposed to Theodore people who've been to Canberra) would have been useful. Nice piece of filmmaking though and Theodore does look charming.
