You see, the guy who's telling you what happened is either repeating precisely what was said, or he isnt.

All this "concrete exposure of the facts" or "the arguement was upheld by a high fyling lawyer" (just examples of babble used in courts), is th ekind fo language, which, especially when repeated (with more non truths added in, to "funk it up"), the whole description becomes un-understandable babble.

Americans MUST learn to speak english, and not legaleese babble, all day !!

I favor representation in government. Each of us should represent ourselves at the local level on all local, county, state, and federal issues; each passed up to the next larger government level.

In this manner, even $5,000 per year "representative" is too much.

You might want to read and reread the founding charter for the USA to understand that one of the gripes against King George III was for imposing taxation on the people without their consent.

The absolute best representation an individual can get is to do it themselves. Being done at the local level in town meetings.

Has anyone heard of Judge McBryde Forth Worth area, who sent a man to jail for 6 months for contempt of court, even though he was not in the court.

In the previous hearing the man asked the IRS to explain why he owed the money requested.

The gentleman was expected to hand over his money for no reason, and because he questioned it, which is his right, and he got sent to prison.

Now, when the man gets out, his wife is to be sent to prison.??

Judge did not make an immediate decision on Jan. 21, but will issue a ruling soon. Heard both sided, but incidcated he did not think the case of Warnken passed the Judiciability standard, or and did not have "Standing" so... Judge never dealt with the core issues beyond that,

but it seemed obvious, Magistrate Brennen did NOT read the whole brief presented by WARNKEN.

Meeting the 30,000 per rep would likely help end government run by business and special interest groups. How do I research the Misssouri ratio? If we add more reps to represent the people in their district, that would cost lots of money. If reps would work harder and the people write the statutes and law, less reps would be needed

On the postive note the representatives fear is having more faces eating their pie. The publics fear of this would be "OMG does the mean we have to pay more for more pie for more representatives.". The pie size and numbers of representative I feel should must be and it is only logical to be completely parallel to how it was back in the days of 30K to 1 Rep. This is totally logical.  The bottom line is the oiginal ratios. The Reps will have to bite the bullet and face a pay cut.
