To get rid of the hydrogen i leave it under the sun for a few hours or if its cloudy a small benchtop oven{the one you grill toast in}

Finding obscured markings is another great feature of Electrolysis, especially light etchings or stamps that a wire wheel would normally destroy.

what are you using to dry the parts and drive off the hydrogen in them?

Aussie50 also gave me the idea if trying to make an Electrolysis tank and i agree they are awesome =]
