Very cool idea! I guess they didn't think it would take well in the U.s. since it already established a foot hold as a fighting game. Still, this would have been very cool to play!

p.s. in samurai showdown 2 there was girl that dies to save earth and galford was her love intrest. when she died in the end, i thought that was sad (not as sad as final fantasy 7 though) she was trying to help protect nature and she dies at the end of the second samurai shodown.

When I was a child I saw some screenshots of this game in a magazine and I went completely mad dreaming that I could play this game.

I was a HUGE samurai showdown fan.

Wait til you play the Neo Geo CD version. Saturn is alot more tolerable in comparison.

Maybe, but you can emulate the Neo CD version to eliminate load times, and that version is far better than the PSX or Saturn, anyway.
