  • Did he wet his panties too???

  • This guy needs to come back to the league and coach.

  • MAN this is my favorite coach

  • i dont know much about him as a coach, as im younger and never grew up watching him coach my saints or the other teams he did coach... but he seems like he wants the best, strives to be the best just from the tirades here on youtube about him and his team not doing good enough,

its a slap in the face for him to be told he needs to quit,,, he isnt the kind to quit,,, and the dude is hilarious

  • Leave Jim Mora alone!

  • mora never got the respect he deserved....he took the new orleans saints to the postseason for their first time in their then 21 year history during his first year as a head coach.....he also built the foundation for an indianapolis colts team that prior to his arrival had only made the playoffs once since moving from baltimore a decade and a half earlier...

  • Ahh but did you do diddly-poo?

  • The best part is when he punches the back drop..Haaaa

  • ahahaah this dude is funny

  • *sniffle*..... poor Jim.... i need a hanky....

  • mora was a stand up guy, could have saved his job by firing some of his coaches.refused to do it.

  • Poor Mora.... its funny how saint and colts are in superbowl now

  • I've seen it time after time when a coach becomes emotionally unwrapped (Not in a Dick Vermeil way) he's lost his influence. The whole time Mora coached in the USFL I never saw this kind of behavior.

  • Carrier Heating & Cooling

  • PLAYOFFS????

  • "Am I emotional? Your damn right I'm emotional." LOL

  • hahahah

  • so since manning was still developing the two teams Mora's colts and dungy's colts were two different teams

  • Dungy like some coaches just rode off success of a well talented team, nothing more. I dont think Dungy is that great of a coach and had someone else been the coach, they would probably won more then 1 SB.

  • what happened was colts management wanted mora to fire his offensive coordinator, or he would get fired. he didn't want to fire his friend to save his own skin, so he got the boot. real stand up guy, wish he got another chance to coach

  • didnt he coach the saints?

  • absolutely, this guys a class act. i wish there were more coaches like this & its too bad i think he may have passed his time. hes pretty old by now

  • yea i wish the guy could get a coaching job somewhere

  • @NYG5 It's a business, and even if the offensive coordinator was his friend, if he's not doing his job well enough, then the head coach needs to fire him. Pro Football is like any other business. If someone is performing their duties well enough, then they don't need to have the job anymore.

  • I mean isn't.... Typos, typos...

  • this guy is too funny

  • not true manning was still developing than

  • Than what? Dumbfuck.

  • Dungy's more laid back. At least that's the vibe I get from him. It wasn't that Mora was bad, he just was a very emotional and truthful coach. People need to be built up, and honesty sometimes is not the best policy. Look what happened when Mora agreed Michael Vick was going to get his son fired on Fox Radio. In fact, Michael Vick did get his son fired as head coach - more or less.

Of course, Mora Sr. ended up quiting his Fox SPorts job. Mora's a good guy, he just rubs people the wrong way.

  • His son can't coach thats what got jr. fired. So now he is free to coach college football as he expressed.

  • new head coach of the seattle seahawks

  • Well, Manning came into his own as a bona-fide superstar quarterback. I think Dungy's better as a coach, but he has had Manning at the top of his game for the last few seasons.

  • not at all a colts fan, lets go steelers!! but jim mora's the fucking man. anyone who denies it is fucking ignorant

  • Aww, I love Jim Mora.

  • is this real? it has espn commerical?

  • jim mora HOF?

  • the ghost of buddy dilbero agrees

  • he cryed more for the saints somebody should get that on here

  • It's nice to see men like us exist. Men that work our f'ing asses off and get nothing for it, but grief and lots of it. Women might not like it, but sometimes we're a little more human than they are.

  • Yeah because a grown man crying makes one a homosexual.

  • @fgeorge76 hey just cuz ur wife makes fun of u dont mean all women dislike when men cry in fact they feel more closer to those guys that do cry

  • @fgeorge76 Amen. Anyone who's ever coached before knows exactly how he feels. Good for him. Fuck all these haters making fun of him. They don't know shit.

  • oh man Jim is the greatest. I love his passion. i seriously never thought i would ever seen this man cry.

  • I don't know,,wasn't he a marine drill instructor? I'm just not sure I wanna see the guy cry.

  • "The career's dead, Jim!"

  • just THINKING about the 49s makes me wanna cry too lol

  • I love how he hit the sing, whip that sign's ass Jim. Never apologize for being honest and sincere.

  • Mora get your arse back to the NFL!! Thaks for the clip rated it a 5!

  • i'd cry too, jim.
