I don't understand it at all. It's quite interesting though. Maybe I should have taken Physics in school, instead of Chemistry. I only took chemistry because it involved a lot of practical work.

@sonicfan097 Bohr was an experimental physicist not a chemist. We physicists like to view chemistry as an (almost) obsolete sub field in physics. He pioneered the model of the atom and worked on quantum mechanics. He also had regular correspondences with Einstein as the new quantum revolution took hold i the 20's. He also advised people like Heisenberg and Pauli.

@3:22 "what do we know from this?".... We know that mass (m) cancels out and acceleration (a) equals gravity's acceleration (g). So, a=g. That is to say acceleration (a) = 9.81 meters per second squared. F=ma and a=g (on earth), therefore F=mg (in the negative y direction, it's independent of x direction). So to find out the force (in Newtons) of an object resting on the earths surface, you would multiply it's mass (in kg) by g (9.81 m/s/s).

@obiwanobiwan13 first of all: it's SCHRÖDINGER or if you don't have the "ö"-key Schroedinger, and he was an austrian physicist and NOT biologist. then there's that fact that Shakespeare did write really good things to amuse people, hell yeah people got amused and he may have made some people think about the stuff he wrote, but Schroedinger described with the Schroedinger-equation how the quantum state of a physical system changes (which is really important .. part 2 follows
