@dsk304 Yes go to your call history and you'll see it says blocked on them click on the same menu option and you'll have unblock instead of block.

Google voice + Android phone + never giving out your real number = godly success.. After that install Mr. Number Blocker and be spam free forever. If only Google voice came out 20 years ago when I was born :\

The thing I like about this, is even if someone blocks their number it will still show up in Google voice, not your caller ID but Google voice.

what the hell are u talking about? i did it and disabled the TEXT alerts in my account so it wont text me (i pay for text btw)... when ppl text my google number it goes to my online accnt and not my cellphone wich is cool cuz if i give my cell # out i'd have a bitchload of a bill to pay on my prepaid(that i keep for emergencies). So fuck no ur being paranoid re-enable ur accnt. I've had it for weeks and no spam. If someone spams just block'em duh. It's antispam if u see the video :)

Google is absolutely awesome, they give everything away for FREE. How they manage to turn a profit as the single most valuable company in the world is beyond me. Who knew you could become a deca-deca-billionaire with a business model based on giving away things for free.

For those wondering if this works, it certainly does. I've been getting calls from this random number for a while and I blocked it, and now the calls have stopped. I can still see them on GV's website, so I know they haven't stopped trying.

it works but what happened is u didnt give them ur google voice number...theyre still calling UR PHONE number and not the GOOGLE VOICE number... it doesn't block people who call ur number only ur account number (from google). So yeah... u may have to change ur number there and then dont give it out to anyone and just give ppl ur google voice number instead.

I wonder if there will be an option to replace the sound clip with one saying "Stop f-ing calling me, douche bag!" If you're blocking a caller, it's probably for a good reason and they need to know they are being blocked.
