its super fucking hard to get to those places . you take a plane ride to ha noi then you take like a 4 hour car ride to hai phong then you take another 3 hour ride to the bay place and you can go on boat to those islands

not that hard! Tuan Chau island is in Halong bay. From Hanoi, take a tour bus (normal highway bus is possible as well) to Halong Bay in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province ( 200km away from Hanoi ), it's just few kms away from the place that you take a ship to tour around Halong bay. Just search for Tuan Chau island tour from google then!
