@hunterpilot has not flown this machine for sure. This pilot is single pilot landing in a confined area, most likely for the first time, and being directed by a bunch of folks with different ideas. Go back to your flight simulator. It is $29 at most stores.
The helicopter school I went to, Helicopters of America which was located at Pompano Beach airpark, owned this exact helicopter until they closed down back in late 2009
