How the hell could a referemdum be illegal, when it means the people VOTES if they want it or not!
If there were charges, why not putting Zelaya in front of a jury instead of sending him to Costa Rica?
Furthermore, somebody should tell the military in Honduras that it's not a coup, as removing your president by force, exiling him and shooting and killing your own people could accidentally be mistaken for a coup...
