It's like cool you use the same stuff I do lol. You should try whipped african shea butter. I mix mine's with olive oil and then I mix it with a hand mixer until it's nice and creamy and then I use it on my curls. Then if I feel like I need my curling custard, I put that on top too. I use whipped shea butter b/c I don't like scooping up the shea butter since it's like clumpy lol.

WOW!!! Your hair GREW since I viewed your last channel. Is this shea butter you're using 100% natural unrefined shea butter or does it have other stuff in it?

The reason I ask is because I have a huge tub of the 100% natural unrefined pure stuff, and it's VERY heavy and stiff. I'm scared to put so much on my hair. Since the RA is so cheap, I might give it a try, tho. I need good ideas to mix mine with so it won't go to waste.

Where do you get your african shea butter from?

I plop too :D and I use a satin pillowcase. If i need to refresh my waves/curls in the morning then I wet my hair with my concoction of water, conditioner, and aloe vera gel (food grade). I think this recipe is faster and more natural than putting gel after your concoction of water and conditioner. :) just thought you'd like to know a more natural alternative! Thanks SO much for this video! I think I might try some African Shea Butter :)

Just a suggestion; I have the Eco Styler gel with olive oil in it and it works great with my curly hair :) it has olive oil in it so it will moisturize the hair compared to other gels and it doesn't dry it out. By the way your hair is gorgeous! I can't wait until mine grows long & healthy like yours.

We have the same color satin bonnet. Question: Do you like the Silicon Mix leave in conditioner? That's what I use, and it not only softens my hair, but makes it fresh smelling. For curl freshen-ups, I add it to water like you did with the Giovanni, and spray my hair. I have natural hair as well.
